In Brief 

The UNDP Vertical Fund (VF) Hub is the “funding cabinet” for humanity’s greatest challenges—climate action, gender equality, and economic recovery. However, the scale of this work was often obscured by complex corporate structures and fragmented digital presence. Since 2024, FG Studios has served as the creative engine behind a massive Institutional Brand Build. We didn’t just design a website; we created a cohesive cultural brand for the VF Hub that allows it to speak with authority and empathy across Asia, Africa, LATAM, and Small Island Developing States (SIDS).

What We Did

  • Architected the “Hub” Ecosystem: Designed the core wireframes and structure for the new VF Hub Intranet, featuring interactive maps and a centralized Resource Center to link global stakeholders.
  • Standardized Global Toolkits: Created a repository of standardized Word & PPT templates, enabling global teams to maintain a “unified front” while navigating heavy corporate roadblocks.
  • Engineered Portfolio Storytelling: Developed high-impact story packages—like the Colombia series—that demonstrate cross-thematic collaboration and leveraged non-VF funding.
  • Modernized the Digital Interface: Proposed and executed advanced web edits, including a high-fidelity “reel” (similar to the UNDP Nature Hub) and 3-flip card animations for partner engagement.
  • Orchestrated Leadership Presence: Managed the digital profiles for leadership (e.g., @PradeepUNDP), using social channels to release major metrics that define the Trillion Dollar Moonshot.

Impact & Results

Our work gave the VF Hub a “Visual Soul,” proving that a micro-agency can manage the “macro” needs of a global development organization.
